At A1 Green Tech Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches our customers safely, efficiently, and on time. Our shipping process is designed to provide a smooth and transparent experience for both retail and bulk buyers, across India and international markets.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Once an order is received, it undergoes production, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch scheduling.
  • Standard processing time is 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Custom-printed, bulk, or large-scale manufacturing orders may require 4–10 business days, depending on quantity and customization requirements.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with order details and expected dispatch timelines.

Shipping Partners and Coverage

  • A1 Green Tech partners with leading logistics and courier providers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
  • We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
  • For bulk distributors and corporate orders, we also arrange transportation through dedicated carriers or third-party logistics partners as per client preference.
  • International shipments are handled through trusted freight and export partners, subject to applicable customs and import regulations.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 7–10 business days after dispatch
  • Bulk / Palletized Shipments: 10–15 business days, depending on distance and transport mode

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as logistics partner delays, traffic conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary depending on order weight, delivery location, and shipment mode (courier, surface, or transport).
  • For bulk and distributor orders, customized shipping terms are provided upon quotation.
  • Any additional charges (such as octroi, entry tax, or customs duties) shall be borne by the consignee where applicable.
  • Free shipping may be offered periodically as part of promotional campaigns or distributor programs.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
  • Customers can monitor real-time shipment status through our logistics partner’s portal.
  • In case of transport shipments (non-courier mode), dispatch documents such as LR number and transporter details will be provided.

Delivery and Receiving Guidelines

  • Customers are requested to ensure accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment carefully for any visible damage or tampering before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Any discrepancies or visible damage must be reported immediately to care@a1greentech.com within 24 hours of receipt, along with clear photographs.
  • Failure to report within the stipulated time may result in ineligibility for claims or replacements.

Undelivered or Returned Shipments

  • In cases where a shipment is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability of consignee, or refusal to accept delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, subject to payment of additional shipping and handling charges.
  • If the shipment remains unclaimed for 15 days, the order may be automatically cancelled without refund, except under special circumstances approved by our team.

Bulk Order Deliveries

  • For wholesale and distributor consignments, delivery timelines, mode of transport, and dispatch schedules are finalized in consultation with the client.
  • A1 Green Tech ensures safe loading and packaging for transit, but once the goods are handed over to the logistics provider, transit insurance (if applicable) shall be as per the carrier’s terms.
  • Clients are encouraged to inspect goods upon arrival and immediately report any quantity or quality discrepancies.

International Shipping

  • For export orders, shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) will be specified in the sales agreement.
  • All customs duties, import taxes, and documentation fees (if applicable) shall be borne by the importer.
  • A1 Green Tech ensures compliance with all international packaging and labeling standards applicable to hygiene and food-contact materials.

Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive for timely deliveries, A1 Green Tech shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, fire, or floods
  • Strikes or labor unrest
  • Transportation or courier issues
  • Government restrictions, lockdowns, or regulatory actions
  • Supply chain disruptions

In such cases, customers will be promptly informed of expected delays.
