Refund & Cancellation Policy

At A1 Green Tech (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., we value the trust our clients and distributors place in us. We are committed to providing premium-quality products that meet global standards and ensuring that every order is processed with the utmost care. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

Order Confirmation and Processing

  • Once an order is placed on our website or through our sales team, the customer will receive an official confirmation via call,  email or WhatsApp, including order details, pricing, and estimated delivery timelines.
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Once production or dispatch has begun, the order cannot be altered or cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team at care@a1greentech.com or +91 99905 01016. If the order has not entered production or packaging, cancellation may be approved after deducting applicable administrative and transaction charges (typically up to 5% of the total value).

After Dispatch or Production:

  • Orders that have been produced, customized, or shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our replacement policy if the products received are damaged or defective.

Order Cancellation by Company:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or technical faults. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued promptly.

Customized or Bulk Orders

  • Custom-printed, branded, or personalized orders are manufactured specifically as per client requirements and are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started.
  • Any modifications to such orders must be requested in writing within 12 hours of order confirmation and are subject to feasibility and approval by our production team.
  • In case of manufacturing errors attributable to A1 Green Tech, replacement or re-production will be initiated after verification.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • If payment was made and the order was not processed or dispatched due to unforeseen internal issues.
  • If an approved cancellation request was made within the eligible time frame.
  • If the order was cancelled by A1 Green Tech due to non-availability of stock, incorrect pricing, or other valid operational reasons.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during order placement.
  • In case of payments made via online channels (NEFT/RTGS/UPI), customers may be asked to share valid bank account details for refund processing.

Replacement and Damaged Goods Policy

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping. However, if the product received is damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications mentioned in your order:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery via email at care@a1greentech.com
    with supporting videos, photographs and order details.
  • Upon verification, we will initiate a replacement or re-supply of the product at no additional cost.
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our customer support team.
  • Physical return, if required, must be initiated within 7 days of approval, in its original packaging and condition.

Non-Refundable Transactions

No refunds or replacements shall be provided in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Unauthorized returns without prior communication or approval.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer during order placement.
  • Delay in delivery due to natural calamities, logistics strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Bulk or wholesale orders where materials were produced specifically as per client specifications.

Shipping and Handling Charges

  • Shipping, logistics, and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
  • In case of replacement, A1 Green Tech will bear the cost of reshipping the replacement product.

Cancellation or Refund by A1 Green Tech

A1 Green Tech reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete billing/shipping information
  • Non-payment or payment failure
  • Product unavailability or discontinuation
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and the full amount paid (if any) will be refunded.
